Southern Property Management Group is committed to providing superior service and exceptional property management. We focus on HOA and condominium associations, residential communities, and commercial properties throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. We understand the need for proactive budgeting and forecasting, transparency in dealings with third parties, and clarity and responsiveness in communications with owners and board members. We understand that all properties and communities have individually distinct needs, much like the owners that comprise them.

Property
Management
We strive to develop constant communication between each managed property’s board members or point of contact. We believe that working together, as a team, is the most effective way to ensure that costly problems are avoided before they happen.
- Maintain the property according to the standards of the HOA, Condo Association and/or owners
- Maintain assets and secure performance of all items as directed by the Board and owners
- Maintain all forms of insurance related to property, as directed by the Board and/or owners
- Hire and supervise personnel, independent contractors, and vendors as necessary
- Authorize expenses for repairs and maintenance of property, subject to budget guidelines
- Maintain compliance with all requirements of local and national governments or regulatory authorities
Financial
Reporting
We pride ourselves in on-time, accurate, and completely transparent financial reporting each month. Our experienced accounting team strives to provide perfect service for our clients. We are here day or night to advise, or answer any questions related to your investment.
- Disburse payments for approved invoices- such as insurance premiums, vendor payments, agent fees, etc.
- Maintain office records, books, and financial accounts in a manner approved by the Association/owners
- Collect all assessments and fees due from owners and tenants
- Furnish monthly financial records and other related info to the Board and/or owners
- Prepare annual budgets for associations and properties and provide for Board/owner approval
